Job description Job Title :- Office Receptionist Department :- Office Gender Preference :- Female Age Preference :- 19 + Years Pay structure :- 13k to 15k per month Reporting To :- Manager JOB BRIEF To manage our front desk daily and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will be in charge of giving clients directions to various parts of the office, contacting employees regarding visitors, answering phones and taking messages. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITY 1. Greeting Visitors 2.
